Administrative Assistant

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior executives in a fast-paced environment in California. This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage a variety of tasks and projects with precision and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required.
- Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring they remain updated and accessible.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding appropriately and promptly.
- Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Required Work Hours
The Executive Assistant is expected to work full-time hours, with a schedule that may require flexibility to meet the needs of senior executives.

Additional Details
Salary Range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour.
