Sales Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and fostering business relationships and will play a key role in driving the growth of our Express/Franchise program. Our franchises are found in a wide range of locations including sports venues, colleges, amusement parks, fuel service stations, grocery stores, convenient stores and more. The potential for brand expansion is limitless.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Regularly communicate project efforts, progress, achievements, and obstacles to leadership, ensuring timely updates and transparency.
- Identify leads for prospective franchise owners based on population and demographic guidelines.
- Drive growth of franchise stores by targeting expandable franchisees.
- Build relationships within the industry to strengthen brand visibility and attract potential franchisees.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales activities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate sales efforts.
- Thoroughly understand and effectively promote company programs.
- Visit clients and potential clients to assess their needs and promote products and services.
- Address client inquiries regarding product offerings, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate closely with the division President to achieve short-term and long-term growth goals.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales or marketing and a bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of related hospitality food service work experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in sales.
- Unwavering commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Competitive, positive, and results-driven mindset.
- Robust interpersonal skills, including the ability to rapidly establish rapport with customers and suppliers.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
