Job Overview

Pella Products of Kansas seeks an ambitious and results-driven sales representative to join our team in the Wichita area. As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing sales appointments and driving revenue growth through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Estimated Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and expand sales within an assigned territory.
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Interface with customers to understand their overall needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Familiarize yourself with Pella's mission, vision, and goals to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Utilize product knowledge to educate customers and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
  • Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 Years background in customer service, sales or another related field
