We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources/Payroll Assistant in the retail industry, based in Melville, New York. In this role, you will be expected to handle various tasks related to payroll and human resources support, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and responding to inquiries.


Responsibilities:



• Utilizing ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian for financial services

• Creating and maintaining detailed reports using advanced Excel functions

• Performing auditing tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Overseeing benefit functions and related processes

• Using advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data management and analysis

Compensation Analysis

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Payroll/HR Administrator

• Demonstrable knowledge of ADP - Financial Services for seamless transactions

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now for efficient workforce management

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration for managing retirement savings plans

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
