We are inviting applications for the role of a Customer Service Representative based in Marlton, New Jersey. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of a team, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, and processing customer applications. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, providing critical services within the industry.


Responsibilities:

• Addressing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

• Processing customer applications with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Maintaining and updating customer accounts and records as needed.

• Making outbound calls to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any pending issues.

• Assisting with email correspondences as part of marketing initiatives.

• Managing data entry tasks to keep track of customer interactions and updates.

• Providing exceptional customer service in a call center environment.

• Handling inbound calls, addressing customer concerns, and providing information as needed.

• Updating social media platforms as part of the customer interaction strategy.

• Scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls in a call center environment
• Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy
• Proficient in handling email correspondence with clients
• Capable of using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word effectively
• Experience in order entry processes
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
