We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and provide an enjoyable experience for our customer base.
  • Investigate customer inquiries through internal tools, liaise with internal departments, and escalate through the Customer Service team.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with our customer base through Live Chat, telephone and email.
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner by providing a resolution.
  • Perform internal tasks to help enhance the customer's perspective of our platform.
  • Display a strong understanding and awareness of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
  • Promote responsible gaming.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, fully in-office role located in Marlton, New Jersey. We require a flexible approach to work between the hours of 7:00am and 11:00pm, working any five days per week, including evenings, weekends, and federal holidays.

Compensation

The starting hourly rate of pay will be $22.40. Upon successful completion of the training period, the hourly rate of pay will increase to $23.24.
