About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant in our Evesham branches.

As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive branch culture, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
