Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at Empire Auto Parts, LLC. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Process order requests, review and confirm online orders, and handle returns and exchange requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Place outbound calls to customers to update order status, verify account information, and update business and contact information as needed.
  • Provide product information and resolve product support issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a proactive and prompt manner, advocating for the customer while adhering to company policies.
  • Listen to customer needs and overcome obstacles to securing business from the customer.
  • Highlight Empire's advantages over competitors, such as high part availability, easy ordering, frequent deliveries, and streamlined returns.
  • Document all interactions with customers in a thorough and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.
  • Ability to handle customer issues with precision, professionalism, and courtesy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
