LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Team for a confidential client in Milpitas, CA. This hybrid role focuses on compliance-related tasks that keep the team running smoothly and assists with improving team systems, tools, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the I-9 right to work process for new hires in the United States.

  • Assist with preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams as necessary.

  • Participate on project teams as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of administrative operations in Staffing/HR.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Experience using HR systems and proficient with MS Office.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business ethically, present a credible image, and accept and follow direction.

  • Strong experience drafting business correspondence.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively in a professional manner.

  • Awareness of governmental employment laws and regulations governing work hours, working conditions, wages, benefits, record keeping, hiring, promotion, and termination practices.

Additional Information:

This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension and/or conversion based on performance, ongoing need, and budget. The role requires the worker to be onsite 3 days a week, so local candidates are preferred.



Pay Details: $33.00 to $37.00 per hour
