Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative with iTest, Inc., you will efficiently organize tasks with the planning department and provide necessary support to execute projects. You will monitor project plans and work with customers, vendors, and the team to ensure timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources for project execution.
  • Monitor and report progress between customers and the operation team.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Manage relationships with the team and customers.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Work with the customer service manager to deliver proper customer service.
  • Develop customer orientation and adaptability to different types of characters.

Requirements:
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
  • At least one to two years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Team-oriented attitude, accountability, and ownership.
  • Dependable.
  • Good communicator.
  • Ability to get things done.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Must be a US citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
