We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Office Coordinator to join our team in Milpitas, CA. This position requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to synthesize information effectively.

About the Role
  • This role involves providing administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and aligning with management objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the Facilities and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) groups, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  2. Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including following up on issues and solving problems.
  3. Organize meetings and videoconferences with local, regional, and corporate areas, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring successful connections and maintaining relevant minutes and action items.
  4. Coordinate trips, appointments, and the General Manager's agenda.
  5. Maintain records of files, documents, and reports, and assist in making presentations.
  6. Assist in generating company reports.
  7. Serve as a point of contact between corporate, staff managers, employees, clients, and others.
  8. Purchase or obtain tools and consumables for the General Manager.
  9. Arrange travel, hotel reservations, and flight purchases.
  10. Create material requisitions applications.
  11. Support strategy initiatives from NA Central Office.
  12. Follow up on actions plans regarding Central Office.
  13. Support the Business department in generating best customer experiences with potential and current customers, visitors.
  14. Administrate building resources, such as conference rooms, lobby areas, and visual communication.
  15. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.
  16. Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  17. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align efforts and optimize the customer experience.
  18. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.
  19. Oversee and manage the Facilities and Environmental, Health and Safety Groups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of knowledge.
  • 2 years' experience in similar fields.
Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000-$90,000 annually, based on specific skills and work experience. The expected location is Milpitas, CA.
