Immediate need for a Construction Project Administrator seeking to work with a Construction company in the South Bay Area who offers quality medical and dental plans, pension and profit sharing and state of the art computer systems and continued training.

The Construction Project Manager is vital in supporting the Construction Project team by coordinating Administrative tasks, managing documentation and ensuring smooth communication.

Responsibilities:
-Documentation Management.
-Maintain contracts, change orders, drawings, specifications, Submittals and Request for proposals
-Track project in tracking project deadlines
-Assist with the preparation and administration of contracts, subcontractor and vendor agreements.
-Assist with audits, inspections and safety site meetings
-Support procurement process.
-Prepare reports, schedules
-Track and Manage project materials, equipment and labor.

Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a Construction Project Administrator role.
-Strong Organizational skills
-Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Experience working for a GC is highly desired.
