As an integral part of our team, you will be tasked with maintaining an organized and efficient workspace, coordinating schedules, and managing office supplies. This role is crucial in providing a supportive and welcoming environment for all team members.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for callers and visitors, exemplifying the supportive nature of our organization.
• Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management.
• Maintain an inventory of office supplies and restock when necessary to ensure a productive work environment.
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM to keep track of customer interactions and inquiries.
• Perform clerical and receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and maintaining a donor database.
• Utilize various computer programs, including Banner Ads, to support the organization's mission.
• Promptly remind team members of key deadlines to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Act as a reliable support system for all team members, enabling them to focus on their work and achieve our mission.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads
• Strong knowledge of Computer Programs relevant to office administration
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently
• Experience performing Clerical Duties in a detail oriented setting
• Knowledge of Receptionist Duties and practices
• Experience with Donor Database management and operations
