Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAccount Administrator Customer Care

The Account Administrator Customer Care is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The CSR will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries, resolving customer issues and providing information about our products and services. This is a contract assignment until the end of the calendar year.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and information.
  • Provide basic technical support to customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations and promote customer satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including CRM systems
  Job Details:
  • Contract
  • Monday-Friday, remote
  • Pay is $17-$19 an hour, depending on experience

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
