Key Responsibilities:- Learn and execute packaging and machine operation procedures in accordance with established protocols and SOPs.
- Operate assigned equipment in a safe, productive, and timely manner, adhering to company rules and safe work practices.
- Perform machine changeover and cleaning as specified by the production schedule, ensuring accurate and timely completion of batch records and forms.
- Weigh, count, document, and verify materials used in the assigned production area, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Ensure products in assigned areas are produced according to batch records and specifications, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve company procedures and operations, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 6 months to 2 years of current experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging and machine operation.
- Ability to read and write in English, use basic shop math skills, algebra, and basic computer skills.
- Experience with FDA/cGMP compliance and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- A legal right to work in the United States.
