At WYLD, we're seeking a highly skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our packaging department, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our packaging team, ensuring that all production goals are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train packaging team members to ensure they understand and execute standard operating procedures.
- Monitor daily packaging operations, including maintaining clean and sanitary conditions, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with the Packaging and/or Plant Manager to develop and implement SOPs, and maintain accurate inventory of packaging supplies.
- Perform Quality Control and packaging Quality Assurance, ensuring that all products meet brand expectations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment, preferably in food or beverage packaging.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and coach team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to obtain all state required permits, licenses, and certifications.
