We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Wyld. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging department, ensuring that all production goals are met, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

"Monitor Daily Packaging Operations": "Assist the Packaging and/or Plant Manager in planning packaging schedules to fulfill required packaging goals, maintain clean, sanitary, and safe packaging operations, and collaborate with the Packaging and/or Plant Manager in development of SOPs and implementation of processes.",
"Maintain Quality Standards": "Evaluate performance and suggest improvements to procedures, standards, or work practices to elevate the quality of the packaged products, monitor and assist in performing Quality Control and packaging Quality Assurance, and maintain accuracy of brand expectations.",
"Compliance": "Ensure METRC (or other state-specific platforms) numbers match appropriate batches and stickers and labels are compliant with state-required information present and clear to read.",
"Communication": "Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company, lead training and coaching Packaging Support employees on proper procedures, techniques, and compliance protocol, and communicate quality, quantity discrepancies or safety discrepancies to Supervisors, Managers, and/or Directors.",
"Additional Responsibilities": "Other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned.",
"Qualifications": "At least 3 years of directly related experience and/or training in a manufacturing or packaging environment, preferably food or beverage packaging, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, and at least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.",
"Computer Skills": "Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and must obtain all state required permits, licenses, certifications, and Food Handler's Card.",
"Other Requirements": "Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written, and possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and must be 21 years of age or older.",
"Compensation": "Competitive salary of $57,500-65,000/year, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance.",
