Job Overview

Supervise Respiratory Care

Medical City Arlington is seeking a skilled Supervisor of Respiratory Therapy to oversee the daily operations of our respiratory care department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of respiratory therapists to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification required
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification required within 60 months of employment
  • RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT / RCP), or State Registered Respiratory Therapist
