Company Overview: System One Holdings, LLC is a dynamic global manufacturing firm seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to enhance our finance department. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the Controller and gain valuable exposure to executive leadership.

Position Overview: We are in search of a meticulous and results-oriented Senior Accountant with a background in manufacturing to join our finance team. This role will report directly to the North America Controller and work in tandem with the current Senior Accountant, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams to manage accounting functions across North America. The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience within a manufacturing context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare precise and timely financial statements and reports in accordance with established schedules and team contributions.
  • Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including general journal entries, accruals, account analysis, and reconciliations.
  • Manage cost accounting activities such as cycle count audits, standard cost roll processes, and inventory oversight.
  • Generate flash reports, quarterly profit and loss statements, balance sheet forecasts, and annual financial plans.
  • Assist with corporate internal audits and contribute to initiatives aimed at process enhancement.
  • Support the development of internal financial policies and procedures and aid in coordinating annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Conduct complex financial analysis and reporting, supporting the Controller with special projects.
  • Maintain well-documented work papers and ensure adherence to effective internal control guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial planning and analysis, with a strong focus on manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in GAAP, cost accounting, and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Hyperion, IFS, and/or SmartView is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively engage with all levels of management.
Working Environment:
  • Open office layout with cubicles.
  • Regular interaction with corporate executives.
  • Hybrid work schedule (Onsite Monday-Thursday, Remote Flex Friday).
  • Compensation range: $90k-110k based on experience.
