Role Overview: Financial Operations Manager

As a Financial Operations Manager reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing accounting operations, managing staff, and facilitating transactions. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial reports for different arms of the organization, collaborating with senior leadership on financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated accounting team, ensuring effective internal controls.
  • Manage accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to align with financial standards.
  • Oversee timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including bank reconciliations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Eight years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
  • CPA qualification.
