Sales Account Manager, Premium Seating

In a unique opportunity to drive growth and career advancement, we invite ambitious sales professionals to join our team as Account Executives, Ticket Sales. Based at the stunning Sutter Health Park, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with potential clients to sell premium seating packages for both the Athletics and River Cats.
Key Responsibilities:- Bidirectional communication with prospective customers via personalized outreach efforts, securing face-to-face and virtual appointments to promote premium experiences.
- Leverage cutting-edge technology to foster relationships with potential clients and drive sales performance.
- Maintain or exceed individual and team goals through relentless pursuit of excellence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Regular participation in targeted sales training and professional development initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Possess a 4-year college degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field (preferably).
- Unwavering dependability, punctuality, and preparation in a high-energy work environment, consistently executing instructions and embracing constructive feedback.
- High levels of confidence, enthusiasm, and personal accountability, accompanied by exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to balance demanding schedules with game and event commitments on evenings and weekends.
- Expected annual base salary: $45,300, complemented by bonus and commission structures that reward outstanding performance.
