About the Role
We seek an experienced Digital Advertising Strategist to join our team as a Client Service Director. This role will oversee the health of agency holding group and/or independent agency relationships, guiding problem-solving discussions and providing best-in-class client services. The successful candidate will demonstrate the value of The Trade Desk to clients by providing innovative solutions that meet their needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of agency relationships as a strategic advisor, driving problem-solving discussions and delivering exceptional client services.
  • Development of trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Leadership of key agency client meetings in collaboration with business development and trading counterparts.
  • Management of portfolio-specific goals based on the company's vision and values, tracking progress against revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Collaboration with product development to identify solutions that meet clients' business objectives and serve as a liaison between clients and the product team.
  • Coaching of a small and agile team of Account Managers, overseeing day-to-day management, motivating the team, and maintaining high performance standards.
  • Effective communication with other functional leaders to drive business challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate on efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
