Position Overview

The Overnight Member Services Associate is essential in fostering a friendly atmosphere for members, potential members, and visitors. Key responsibilities include managing front desk operations, addressing member inquiries, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members, potential members, and guests with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Manage front desk duties, including answering phone calls and checking in members
  • Update member accounts and resolve any issues
  • Ensure the facility is kept clean and orderly
  • Complete end-of-shift tasks, including handling cash deposits

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and accountability
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage is required
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and strong communication abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts

Physical Requirements

  • Regular standing and walking throughout the shift
  • Frequent interaction with members in person and via phone
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs may be necessary
  • Possible exposure to cleaning agents

Work Schedule

  • Monday from 12am to 6am
  • Various shifts throughout the week
