Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth stay experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
- Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
- Handling requests for mail, messages, and packages
- Maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks
Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly and service-oriented manner
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality policies and standards
- Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions
- Have knowledge of and assist in emergency procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related field (preferred)
- A positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
- The ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
