Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth stay experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
  • Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Handling requests for mail, messages, and packages
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks

Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly and service-oriented manner
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality policies and standards
  • Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions
  • Have knowledge of and assist in emergency procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related field (preferred)
  • A positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
  • The ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
