Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Healthcare Business Banking organization in Jacksonville, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
  • Originate, analyze, and negotiate credit and non-credit products and services to meet client needs.
  • Manage risk and drive quality for new and existing clients, identifying and mitigating various types of risk.
  • Provide exceptional client service, focusing on client opportunities and increasing engagement and loyalty.
  • Build a network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.

Requirements:

  • University/college degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong business acumen, client relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate credit risk, utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
