We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Spherion Jacksonville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently
