Job Title: Business Development Manager

Arizon Companies is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Travel to customer sites to demonstrate products and services and build relationships.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple sales opportunities and projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to track business performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge of HVAC terminology and industry standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work on a team and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Focused, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
