Business Development Manager

Arizon Companies is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Travel to customer sites to demonstrate products and services and build relationships.
- Manage and prioritize multiple sales opportunities and projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to track business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge of HVAC terminology and industry standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work on a team and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Focused, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to travel as needed.
