Role of the Head Host

The Head Host plays a crucial role in ensuring a warm welcome for our guests, managing reservations, and maintaining an organized dining environment. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and seat guests upon arrival
  • Manage phone inquiries, reservations, and messages
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Safely arrange dining furniture as needed
  • Utilize necessary tools and equipment efficiently
  • Communicate effectively to meet job requirements
  • Maintain composure in a busy environment
  • Assist with physical tasks as required
  • Navigate the restaurant safely throughout the shift

  • Process transactions accurately when necessary
