Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of reservation handling, greeting, seating, and farewell in the bar, adhering to our high standards.
  • Perform pre-service and post-service procedures as per our established protocols.
  • Confirm reservations and large parties in advance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Handle on-the-day reservations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Understand and accurately follow the standard of service sequence to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant, public area, and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Process take-out orders over the phone or in person, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Manage cash handling with precision and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of guest service experience in a high-end environment.
  • Proficiency in Open Table or other computerized reservation systems.
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word.
  • Some knowledge of wine and spirits.
  • Experience with Micros systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
  • Outgoing, well-spoken, polite, level-headed, patient, and able to smile easily.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with ease.
