Job Title: Global Practice Lead - Spatial Design Lab

Apple is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Enterprise Spatial Design Lab, driving innovation and accelerating solution delivery for our top customers.

About the Role

As a Global Practice Lead, you will facilitate customer ideation, strategize design and build of innovative use cases for Apple Vision Pro, and manage a team of lab resources to help customers with design and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Apple's Vision Pro Spatial Design Lab globally to inspire and accelerate our customers' Vision Pro journey.
  • Work with innovation leaders at top customers to understand their business needs and create plans of action to reach mutually agreed outcomes.
  • Manage a team of lab resources to help customers with design and development, partnering with teams to scale the best methodologies and program elements.
  • Master the application of spatial computing best practices for business solutions and engage with in-house VisionOS talent.
  • Apply expertise and leadership guidance to spatial designers and engineers.
  • Engage business partners and internal/external leadership through visual storytelling, presentations, and clear communications.
  • Build and foster positive relationships, demonstrating an ability to influence teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Guide the creation of prototypes and other key deliverables to provide customers with what they need to implement mutually developed concepts.
  • Synthesize insights from research, customer meetings, and sales feedback to inform product strategy and specifications.
Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of product/solution design and development experience, a proven track record of delivering against the entire software development lifecycle, and a broad knowledge of the full stack of technologies required to power modern business solutions.

Strong technical and analytical skills, exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential. A Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.
