Collections Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Collections Analyst to join our team at Global Channel Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and reconcile receivable balances for existing customers, ensuring accurate billing and timely resolution.
  • Audit lease documents and purchase orders to validate billing and identify necessary adjustments.
  • Initiate contact with customers, maintain follow-up, and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
  • Administer past due or default notices and collaborate with management to determine account disposition.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of collections experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
