At Insight Imaging (NC), we are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Front Office Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and referring professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registration: Greet and check-in patients scheduled for imaging services, register demographic information, and process payment plans and copays.
  • Insurance: Verify patient insurance, pre-certify exams, and obtain insurance authorization.
  • Scheduling: Arrange transportation, interpreters, and hotel accommodations for patients when necessary, enter and submit patient exam orders, and verify orders match exam schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Bilingual.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, 1-2 years customer service experience, and proficiency with using computer systems and typing.
