Job Title: Sales Associate Part-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate Member Relationships: Build strong relationships with members and guests, providing personalized service and support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our fitness programs and services to members and guests.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond promptly to member inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Studio Environment: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and safe for members and guests.
Requirements:
  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members and guests.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Health and Fitness Knowledge: Basic knowledge of health and fitness principles, with a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
