ROLE OVERVIEW
Under close supervision, you will provide efficient and courteous customer service via telephone and/or in-person for routine inquiries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Answering calls or greeting customers at the service counter.
- Providing accurate information regarding collections, rates, billing, and account status.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints through effective communication and data management.
- Maintaining records, preparing reports, and performing clerical duties as needed.
- Facilitating communication between customers and team members to coordinate services and account information.
- Participating in training sessions related to customer service processes and safety protocols.
- Managing special inquiries, including escrow and delinquent accounts, to ensure timely resolution.
A combination of education and experience that equips you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities is required. A typical qualification includes:
- Six months of relevant experience and/or training.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
