Customer Service Representative Job Description

PrideStaff is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process new policies, changes to existing ones, and facilitate cancellations and renewals
  • Resolve customer situations, complaints, and claims effectively and professionally
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through need-based conversations
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of previous work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer skills
