About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team at Lennar Mortgage. As a Loan Officer, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, brokers, and referral sources to identify new business opportunities and grow our loan portfolio.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with customers to discuss their financial needs and provide personalized mortgage solutions.
  • Originate and process loan applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless loan processing and closing.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including loan volume and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Four-year college degree (preferred)
  • At least three years of loan originating experience
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend work
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • NMLS License required in Texas
