Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Originator to join our team at Envoy Mortgage. As a Loan Originator, you will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans, working closely with customers to understand their financial needs and providing expert guidance throughout the loan process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Loan Originator or Loan Originator Associate, preferably
  • A willingness to put in the time and effort required to succeed
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs
  • An enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to study material independently and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • The ability to obtain an NMLS License and meet specific state required training requirements

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • The ability to express and exchange ideas through spoken communication
  • The ability to perceive sounds at normal speaking levels
  • The ability to receive detailed information through oral communication
  • The ability to perform repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and fingers
  • The ability to perform sedentary work, occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force and frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving objects
  • Close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing a computer, and reading
