Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Proven track record of business growth and relationship development
  • Strong industry knowledge and network
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
