Senior Analyst for Financial Solutions Leadership

The Senior Analyst for Financial Solutions is responsible for spearheading and executing intricate and large-scale Finance Transformation projects. This role requires a leader who can effectively manage a portfolio of initiatives by utilizing project management expertise, strong relationship-building capabilities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will employ risk and issue management techniques to guarantee the timely completion of regulatory and strategic commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Directs Finance transformation initiatives associated with compliance orders and strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational goals.

+ Plays a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and governance of financial solutions.

+ Establishes and manages essential governance frameworks to promote transformational objectives, setting policies and standards for global Finance operations, including agenda preparation, material production, status updates, and facilitating discussions to identify risks, issues, and dependencies.

+ Engages in shaping the strategic direction for Finance processes, organizations, and architecture across various Citi businesses, products, and functions by evaluating evolving business, regulatory, and market requirements.

+ Advises internal stakeholders on the ramifications of business trends, operational changes, and strategic shifts within the organization.

+ Oversees a portfolio of transformation programs and project managers, ensuring standardized planning and reporting practices are followed for consistent project management.

+ Communicates transformation progress to management, highlighting key metrics and success indicators.

+ Regularly collaborates with peers and senior management, both internally and externally, including regulatory bodies and professional organizations.

+ Evaluates risks associated with business decisions, maintaining a strong focus on the organization's reputation and the safeguarding of assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, adhering to policy, and exercising sound ethical judgment.

+ Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Over 10 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable.

+ Proficient in Project Management, Transformation, Change Management, vendor management, issue management, and stakeholder engagement.

+ Comprehensive understanding of various functional areas and their interdependencies.

+ Strong communication and diplomatic skills to influence and guide others.

+ Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.

+ Self-driven with the capability to make informed decisions independently.

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

+ Expertise in PMO systems, including project tracking and reporting automation tools.

+ In-depth knowledge of banking products and systems is highly preferred.

+ CPA or PMP certification is advantageous.

Education:

+ A Bachelor's degree is required.

+ A Master's degree is preferred.
