The Senior Financial Solutions Analyst is responsible for spearheading and executing intricate and large-scale Finance Transformation projects. Key Responsibilities:

+ Directs Finance transformation activities related to compliance mandates and strategic objectives, in alignment with overarching organizational transformation goals.

+ Aids in the development, implementation, and governance of financial solutions.

+ Establishes and manages essential governance structures and frameworks to promote transformational aims and set policies and standards for global Finance operations, including agenda preparation, material production, status updates, and facilitating discussions to identify risks, challenges, and interdependencies within Finance.

+ Engages in defining and shaping the strategic direction for processes, organizations, and frameworks concerning Finance across various Citi sectors, products, functions, and geographical areas by evaluating and integrating evolving business, regulatory, and market information requirements.

+ Provides insights to internal stakeholders regarding the implications of market trends, operational changes, and organizational strategies.

+ Oversees a portfolio of Transformation programs/projects and project managers, ensuring standardized planning and progress tracking, while guaranteeing that projects are executed consistently.

+ Communicates transformation progress to management, focusing on transformation metrics and success indicators.

+ Regularly collaborates with peers and senior leadership within the organization and externally, including regulatory bodies and professional associations.

+ Evaluates risks associated with business decisions, with a strong emphasis on maintaining the organization's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, applying sound ethical judgment in personal conduct and business practices, and managing control issues transparently while fostering accountability among team members.

+ Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Over 10 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector is highly preferred.

+ Proficient in Project Management, Transformation, Change Management, vendor management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of various functional areas and their interactions to achieve organizational objectives.

+ Strong communication and diplomatic skills to influence and guide others.

+ Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.

+ Self-driven with the capability to make informed decisions without detailed instructions.

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

+ Expertise in PMO Systems (project tracking and reporting automation tools).

+ In-depth understanding of banking products and systems is highly preferred.

+ CPA or PMP certification is preferred.

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree is required.

+ Master's degree is preferred.
