Ädelbrook's residential treatment program is dedicated to supporting young individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The primary goal of this program is to facilitate the transition of residents to lower levels of care, such as home environments or community living settings. Funding for Ädelbrook's services is provided through various departments and educational institutions.

Position Summary:

The Clinical Coordinator I is responsible for delivering therapeutic services to residents within the Residential Treatment Center. Key responsibilities include the coordination of treatment components, conducting assessments, and collaborating closely with the treatment team. This role reports directly to the Director of Residential Services and the Supervisor of Clinical Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the intake process by organizing pre-placement visits and evaluations
  • Oversees the intake process and manages admission documentation
  • Conducts psychosocial assessments and formulates treatment plans
  • Coordinates the implementation of treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team
  • Manages the admission and transition processes for residents
  • Provides individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Identifies professional development needs and collaborates on training initiatives
  • Works alongside other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participates in clinical meetings and supervision sessions
  • Acts as a liaison between Ädelbrook, families, and external services
  • Ensures timely documentation and adherence to compliance standards
  • Handles on-call responsibilities as required
  • Coordinates discharge planning for residents
  • Maintains professional competency through ongoing training
  • Exemplifies role modeling for residents and staff
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

A Master's degree in a relevant field is required; a clinical license is preferred. The candidate must possess the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate proficiently with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
