Job Summary:
The Mom Project is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our boutique Real Estate Development and Property Management company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including interaction with customers, suppliers, and tenants.
- Perform full-cycle accounting, payroll, revenue and cost record keeping, bank deposits, monthly reconciliations, and other financial tasks.
- Support management in financial analysis, tax preparation, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP required.
- Previous real estate development and commercial property management experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, pivot tables, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
- Experience managing multiple books simultaneously.
- Audit experience strongly preferred.
