Electrical Superintendent II Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent II to join our team at Weifield Group Contracting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, managing teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage electrical projects, implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%.
  • Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites.
  • Independently start and manage projects.
  • Deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices.
  • Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%.
  • Demonstrated success supervising 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites.
  • Experience leading both large construction and data center projects.
  • Experience utilizing prefabrication.
  • Willingness to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and recruit a team and produce high-quality electrical workmanship.
  • Motivation to continue professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications.
