Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate front office daily operations, including guest check-in and check-out, and provide support to staff as needed.
  • Register guests into the system, verifying reservation and credit information.
  • Promote Hilton Grand Vacations services and provide recognition and benefits to members.
  • Train and direct new team members, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
  • Maintain a house bank, make deposits, and accurately report receipts daily.
  • Supervise and ensure accurate sequences of events for guest registration and check-out.
  • Assign tasks to subordinates, including credit, missing addresses, registration cards, and overall front desk cleanliness and organization.
  • Post miscellaneous charges as requested.
  • Maintain a daily log of guest opportunities and corrective action steps.
  • Follow up on unresolved situations in a timely manner and pass on information to other managers or supervisors.
  • Follow up on credit opportunities during each shift.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior related experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Ability to build and interpret business communications and reports.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Highly skilled in solving practical problems and dealing with guest and business situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and service skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflict, think on their feet, influence, and mentor others.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or college education.
  • Voice certification.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Prior management or supervisory experience.
