Marketing and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing and Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our business. The successful candidate will play a vital role in identifying growth opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and lead and coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and business pitches to key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing regular market intelligence reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of market research, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
