Overview:


Na Ali'i Consulting & Sales, LLC is in search of a Project Operations Manager to join our team, focusing on enhancing business development, process optimization, management coordination, and effective operational execution.

Collaborate with project managers to cultivate high-performing teams that produce outstanding results and recognize achievements that have a significant impact.

Foster a work environment that attracts and retains top talent. Ensure projects are adequately staffed and that necessary resources are acquired to fulfill contract obligations efficiently.

Guarantee the highest standards of service delivery across all contracts.

Regularly assess service delivery by engaging with clients, Project Managers, and team members to address challenges and identify opportunities for process enhancement.

Assist in the formulation and implementation of corporate objectives and goals. Advocate for adherence to corporate values and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Promote our organizational culture.

Provide innovative and practical solutions that align with customer missions. Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and scope requirements are met for all assigned projects. Confirm that work aligns with the quality standards of Na Ali'i Consulting & Sales, LLC and meets client expectations. Ensure that invoices are prepared accurately, promptly, and in accordance with established deliverable timelines.

Oversee the comprehensive financial performance of all contracts, ensuring that revenue and profit targets are achieved. Collaborate closely with financial analysts, senior management, and project leaders to manage expenses and make sound financial choices.

Deliver insightful, accurate, and professional project reporting and metrics for both clients and company leadership.

Keep executives informed of significant service delivery events (both challenges and successes); ensure that executive guidance is communicated effectively to all service delivery teams through Project Managers.

Achieve targeted business growth. Assist in managing the business development pipeline, forecasts, and profitability for projects under your supervision. Participate in market research initiatives to identify and discuss potential opportunities. Contribute to the development of Requests for Information (RFI) and proposal responses, including technical and pricing components.

Create marketing materials and engage with clients and partners to foster strategic alliances that support growth objectives.


Collaborate with Shared Services Directors to address impactful support issues related to projects under your management and enhance processes to ensure successful service delivery.

Maintain alignment with and support for the corporate mission, vision, and values. Provide leadership, guidance, and support in executing corporate strategic goals as appropriate. Support corporate initiatives as necessary.

Ensure all projects fulfill contractual obligations and that the workforce consistently operates in an ethical and legal manner.

Facilitate cross-company opportunities to promote innovative service delivery. Ensure that best practices are shared across Na Ali'i Consulting & Sales, LLC.


Manage and oversee personnel management processes (e.g., goal setting, performance evaluation, mentoring, recruitment, retention strategies, terminations, etc.) across assigned projects.

Provide guidance on personnel matters and have final approval for personnel actions.


Offer training opportunities that enhance the skills and competencies of team members and support career advancement while strategically developing the capabilities of assigned project teams.

Encourage social responsibility, including support for our community and the native Hawaiian community.

Develop and strengthen customer relationships. Build and maintain trust in Na Ali'i Consulting & Sales, LLC's ability to effectively manage and deliver projects.

Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure that necessary changes are implemented effectively.

Participate in management meetings (Senior Management Meetings, Recruiting Meetings, Environmental Manager Meetings, etc.).


Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Ability to engage with clients, regulatory bodies, field operations, technical personnel, and subcontractors. Proficient in drafting project work plans, health and safety plans, traffic control plans, erosion control plans, etc. Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written). Proven team-building and leadership capabilities are highly desirable.

Military Installation Access and

Security Clearance:
This position necessitates access to military installations.

Must be able to qualify for and obtain a base access pass and currently hold or be able to obtain a security clearance.

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree is required.

PMP Certification is preferred.

Advanced project management skills; a minimum of five years of direct project management and supervisory experience is required.

Experience working in or directly with government entities is essential.

Experience managing complex programs and projects for government and DoD agencies is required.

Physical Requirements:
