- Lead a team of architects and engineers to design and develop commercial buildings, including steel framing and pre-engineered metal buildings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 5-10 years of experience in an architectural office, with a focus on commercial and steel buildings.
- Licensed or on track to licensure as an Architect.
- Proficient in Revit and Lumion, with experience in detailing and working on various building envelopes.
- Experience working on projects from beginning to end, with a focus on design and construction.
- CA experience and design/build experience are a plus.
