We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Stem US Operations Inc. as a key member of our operations team. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure project success.
- Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including leadership and external customers.
- Coordinate with clients and internal resources to ensure project deliverables meet contract specifications.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the power or renewable energy sector.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably project management.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing the deployment of projects supported by functional teams of engineering, manufacturing, and logistics in the power industry.
- Strong written, verbal, and customer account management skills in communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions on programs to internal and external representatives.
- Ability to understand and communicate both technical and business information.
- Able to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- PMP certification preferred.
The successful candidate will work in an office setting, primarily in cubicles, with moderate to high noise levels. Travel may be required by car, air, or train. The ability to sit or stand at a computer terminal for an extended period is necessary.
Physical DemandsThe position requires regular, predictable attendance and the ability to uphold the stress of traveling. Light to moderate lifting may be required.
