Position Overview


As a BMW Automotive Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to conduct diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on both customer and dealership vehicles.

You will leverage cutting-edge automotive diagnostic technologies to ensure optimal vehicle performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and execute Repair Orders as assigned.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting to identify repair requirements.
  • Provide accurate labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
  • Deliver high-quality and efficient repair services across various automotive systems, including but not limited to engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Perform Quality Control inspections on repaired vehicles to confirm the completeness of repairs.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork related to repair services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring accountability for both dealership and personal tools.
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department personnel.
  • Engage in ongoing BMW proprietary training and educational programs to refine skills and deepen expertise in leading-edge BMW automotive technologies and processes.

Candidate Profile

You are a dedicated, skilled, and passionate individual eager to work on the renowned BMW vehicles. You possess strong self-motivation and attention to detail, complemented by excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional setting or equivalent.
  • Experience with European automotive brands is advantageous.
  • ASE certifications are a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the USA is required.
  • Commitment to performing duties safely and responsibly.
