Job Summary and QualificationsThe Registered Nurse exhibits advanced knowledge and skills, understanding the unique needs of the patient population served. Each service area requires specialized competencies. Care delivery is tailored to the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and educational needs of each patient. The Registered Nurse may rotate to different service areas and will perform only those duties for which they have demonstrated proficiency. Delegated duties are performed within the scope of practice and align with the overall care delivery philosophy at Swedish Medical Center.
Qualifications Required:- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or active multistate nursing licensure.
- Current BLS Certification through AHA or ARC.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Preferred: Minimum one year of experience in Operating Room nursing.
- Verification of competencies in relevant procedures is required.
